As the Owner of The Rustic Hair Co., I bring over 15 years of experience and a passion for hairstyling to Mansfield, Texas. I am dedicated to keeping up with the latest techniques and products in the industry, ensuring that my clients receive the highest quality services. Whether you desire a stunning balayage or a timeless bob, my mission is to help you look and feel your best. Outside of the salon, I cherish quality time with my husband, Josh, and our four children.
Molly Owens
I have been a stylist at The Rustic Hair Co. for over eight years, bringing with me more than 15 years of experience in the industry. My passion lies in color, highlights, and balayage, and I strive to meet each client's vision while adding my innovative touch to create beautiful hair. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, Micah, and our three children, Xander, Easton, and Hadleigh.
Jadyn Green
Jadyn's dedication to her guest's satisfaction is always apparent. She never forgets that she is creating art. She has been in the industry for over 6 years. She has a great skill set that allows her to create custom looks for her guests. From lived-in color to bold and edgi styles, she is up to the task. When she is not behind the chair, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Matthew and her two kids, Weston and Emmy.

I am a devoted dog mom, plant enthusiast, and wife, with a deep passion for hair as my creative canvas. The endless possibilities of hairstyling continually inspire me, whether it’s achieving a sleek and sophisticated look or a bold and edgy style. I take great joy in helping my clients express their unique personalities through their hair, and witnessing the confidence a great hairstyle or color brings fuels my passion each day. Katie Binkley
Hi, I’m Katie!! I grew up in Mansfield, Texas, and have spent the last six 1/2 years doing what I love most — creating beautiful, customized looks for my clients. I specialize in blonding and color blending, whether you’re looking for that soft, lived-in vibe or a bold new look. When I’m not in the salon, you can find me traveling the world with my husband, who serves in the United States Navy, chasing after our sweet daughter, walking our two goldendoodles, or singing along at a country concert with friends and family!
Melanie Aubrey
Born and raised in Mansfield, Texas, Melanie has been surrounded by the salon world her entire life sparking her passion for the beauty industry. She brings creativity, attention to detail, and a genuine love for making clients feel beautiful. At The Rustic, Melanie strives to deliver personalized, confidence-boosting styles. Outside of the salon, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her beloved puppy, Luka.
