CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens! To help us accommodate all clients, the following cancellation policy applies: • 48+ hours notice: No charge. • Within 48 hours of your appointment: 50% of the service price will be charged. • Within 24 hours of your appointment or no-show: 100% of the service price will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to provide quality service to all clients and keep our schedule running smoothly.

As the Owner of The Rustic Hair Co., I bring over 15 years of experience and a passion for hairstyling to Mansfield, Texas. I am dedicated to keeping up with the latest techniques and products in the industry, ensuring that my clients receive the highest quality services. Whether you desire a stunning balayage or a timeless bob, my mission is to help you look and feel your best. Outside of the salon, I cherish quality time with my husband, Josh, and our four children.
Molly Owens
I have been a stylist at The Rustic Hair Co. for over eight years, bringing with me more than 15 years of experience in the industry. My passion lies in color, highlights, and balayage, and I strive to meet each client's vision while adding my innovative touch to create beautiful hair. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, Micah, and our three children, Xander, Easton, and Hadleigh.
Jadyn Green
Jadyn's dedication to her guest's satisfaction is always apparent. She never forgets that she is creating art. She has been in the industry for over 6 years. She has a great skill set that allows her to create custom looks for her guests. From lived-in color to bold and edgi styles, she is up to the task. When she is not behind the chair, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Matthew and her two kids, Weston and Emmy.
